Who Am I?
(someone that has to take their own picture in their bathroom mirror)
I am a mother of four children, one child with Celiac disease. Click here to find out more about my sweet son, 5-year-old JT, and his Celiac journey. He was diagnosed almost two years ago and we are honestly still adjusting and learning. Even though he is the only one of us with a diagnosis, we are all in this together as one big happy Gluten-Free Family.
Gluten Free Goddess or Guru? Not me.
I don't have any recipes. Sadly, I switched my idea of cooking from processed gluten-filled mixes to new and still processed gluten-free mixes. They just come in smaller boxes and cost twice as much.
It simply overwhelms me to try and find time, money and the creativity it takes to feed six people gluten free food. But I am over it. My family is way over it. I rotate the same four meals all the time. No joke.
It will be a challenge, but I am going to try to liven it up without going broke. Add in some new recipes and menu ideas and keep my boy healthy and thriving.

I need help.
This blog is where I will be documenting my journey from being mix-dependent to becoming an actual reall cooking/baking/chopping/displaying gluten-free, er not goddess, diva or guru, maybe babe. Why not? A gluten-free babe. Okay, dumb. I will simply document my journey raising a gluten-free family. And hopefully share some gluten free knowledge and celiac awareness.
